Inherited a directionless and rudderless social account. Collaborated with brand and JMPs to balance Britax's brand identity with partner/influencer content, even when styles clashed. This ongoing dialogue built strong brand-retailer relationships while mediating aesthetic conflicts and scattered feed into a curated presence. Strategic coordination of retailer features and influencer partnerships improved our online presence.
Results: 5 months in. 3k new followers. £0 ad spend. Strategic giveaways + right influencers = organic growth that stuck and kept retailers happy, audience engaged and content/influencers that actually looked like our audiences.
